Great Ocean Road
The Great Ocean Road is a long, scenic coastal route stretching from Torquay to Warrnambool over 300km in south-west Victoria. A drive along the coastal road guides you through green hills, caves, caverns and coves, and the waterfalls and rainforest of the Otway Ranges and the Port Campbell National Park. Also on the route are the towns of Apollo Bay and Lorne, the world famous surf of Torquay and Bell’s Beach, aswell as Victoria’s second largest city; Geelong. The Twelve Apostles are a series of naturally occurring limestone pillars along the Great Ocean Road, and are a famous part of this fascinating drive.
