Kangaroo Island

Kangaroo Island is located off the coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula and is one of Australia’s greatest wildlife havens, being home to a diversity of species such as seals, koalas, kangaroos, wallabies and penguins. One third of the island is made up of national parks, the most famous of which is the Flinders Chase National Park. Kangaroo Island is Australia’s third largest island, and its abundant wildlife and 480km of stunning coastline can be easily reached on a 30-minute flight from Adelaide.
