South Australia Travel Information
South Australia is home to Kangaroo Island – an incredible natural habitat in which kangaroos, wallabies, possums and goannas freely roam. Whilst in the South, travellers can also indulge in a wine tasting session at one of the Barossa Valley’s many vineyards, a leisurely cruise along the Murray River on a houseboat for a short stay, admire the breathtaking spectacle of Wilpena Pound from the air, or swim with dolphins in the Port River of the state’s capital, Adelaide. South Australia is tiny in comparison to larger states such as Queensland; but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in attractions.
